The Challenge
The client had some problems due to which the meat was not delivered to their customers at the given time that created a hassle on the first day of Eid-ul-Adha. It was a challenging task for our team, as Eid-ul-Adha is an extremely busy occasion and a public holiday for everyone, it keeps us occupied in unending personal commitments. Yet we accepted the responsibility and our devoted team came to the workplace despite having other personal duties.
The Solution
After taking responsibility, we established a systematic channel of communication to attend to and resolve every query separately. On the day of Eid-ul-Adha, we connected to every customer of Meat Masters and addressed their problems individually, from attending their messages to making on-time deliveries, we managed it all.
